Work experience

March 2011 – Deutsche Telekom – contractor: Visual Interaction Designer, UX and Usability

Working in Product Design Team - Designing future products. Delivering outstanding user experience, interaction and user interfaces for mobile devices across European market. Design from early concepts thru wire-frames, clickable models and user testing stages to deliver final mock-ups and ready to implementations layouts. Ensure consistency in visual and user experience across devices portfolio, mobile, tablets, smartphones, interactive TV and web.

Feb 2009 – Dec 2010 BG Group – contractor: Digital Designer.

I worked alongside intranet portal team as independent consultant usability and user experience improvement project. One of biggest task was being main graphic designer assigned to improvement of corporate intranet portal [SAP based] successfully delivered in 2010 and constantly improvement of every aspects of user experience. Delivering new user experience starts form annalist stage go thru various wireframes, mock-ups and clickable models on final layout of new template ready to be integrated by developers team.

Next step was deliver information about new functionality in Flash presentations, PowerPoint presentations, software simulations, training courses, e-learning courses [SCORM compliant]. Develop training and information animations from first concept works thru scenario and ends on final movie. Lot of projects includes accessibility and usability studies on user interfaces as first step of developing new systems.

I am a committed worker and stay focused throughout all stages of the development in order to guarantee that the final product will be of the highest quality. From this role I learnt how to work efficiently in a pressured environment with a high turnover of work and with limited budgets.

2007 – 2009 Adviva Media - Specific Media: Graphic Designer.

I worked alongside the marketing team where my main responsibility was to support the sales unit. On a daily basis I was deliver PowerPoint presentations, flash presentations and short demos. As well as this I was in sole charge of designing the interactive catalogues, leaflets and press advertisements which are then placed on to a variety of different platforms. Before acquisition by Specific Media part of my duties was maintenance and developing company website including create dedicated product pages with flash content and interactive PDF's. I was involved in to developing and improvement company intranet.

Freelancing gave me the opportunity to learn how to multi-manage projects assemble and manage teams up to 10 professionals [developers, copywriters, consultants], maintain deadlines and gave me the invaluable experience of working for a variety of clients.

1999 – 2001 - Graphic Designer - Onet.pl. Leader Polish Internet Portal.

Daily deliver digital designs for the Internet, banners, multimedia presentations, television spots and advertising materials. Micro sites for events and movies. I was awarded for best official polish movie website - Shreck.
